Update to Cemetery Zoning Appeal

June 4, 2012Our firm handles numerous automobile accident cases in any given year. It has become apparent that there has been a significant decline in the number of people paying for uninsured or underinsured motorist (“UM”) coverage. Many of our clients with significant personal injuries find themselves in a situation where an adverse driver has minimal insurance. Sometimes, our clients’ medical bills exceed the value of the adverse driver’s small policy. If there was UM coverage, our client would normally have at least an additional $10,000.00 available to compensate them in the event of an automobile vehicle collision. (There are situations where this amount could be considerably higher.) While there is a cost to purchase UM coverage, that amount of money is likely to be insignificant in relation to the amount of additional insurance benefits available if there is an injury in an automobile accident. We encourage everyone, clients and non-clients, to purchase UM coverage.
