Sexual Harassment and Employment Discrimination

As a general rule, we believe that employees should obtain and retain copies of their employee handbooks.  We also believe that employees should familiarize themselves with how each company handles claims of discrimination and sexual harassment.   If an employee believes that they are a victim of sexual harassment or discrimination, they should follow company protocol in reporting these issues to the appropriate superior.  At the same time, the employee should make a timeline of the events and circumstances including the name and position of all employees with whom they have discussed the matter.

If you or someone you know has been the victim of sexual harassment or discrimination, we are happy to provide a free initial consultation.
