Kelsky Law, P.A., obtains 2 jury verdicts in one week.

In a construction case, Kelsky Law, P.A., obtained a jury verdict in the full amount of the client’s damages against a contractor who abandoned the client’s project.  That same week, Kelsky Law, P.A., obtained a second jury verdict resulting in a substantial award to the clients who are also going to recover their attorney’s fees and costs from the condominium association they sued for suffering damages as a result of the Association’s failure to maintain the common elements.
