Brad received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from the University of Florida. He received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law where he graduated cum laude. Shortly after graduation, he moved to South Florida to begin his
career.
Mr. Kelsky spent the first six years as an insurance defense attorney, representing doctors, hospitals, clinics, and health insurers along with rental car companies and individuals sued by accident victims. He also represented injured persons and families in personal injury cases, including medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury
matters.
Mr. Kelsky has extensive experience representing individuals and corporations in all types of civil matters, with an emphasis on commercial and business litigation, contract litigation, non-compete issues, construction issues including liens and construction
defects, and real estate disputes throughout Florida’s state and federal courts.
He is admitted to practice throughout the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kelsky has tried cases in both state and federal courts and has handled appeals in front of the Florida District
Courts of Appeal and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals (federal).
Mr. Kelsky is AV Preeminent rated, the highest rating offered by Martindale-Hubbell.
Barbara O. Llinas, Esq.
Barbara O. Llinas, Esq., received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida International University and her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law.
Since 2003, Ms. Llinas’s practice has been devoted to handling personal injury claims, contract disputes, construction defect claims, and commercial litigation matters.
Ms. Llinas is fluent in Spanish and resides in Miami with her husband and two daughters.
Benjamin L. Kelsky, Esq., received a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Biology and a minor in Organization and Strategic Management from Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Kelsky then graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, cum laude, in 2024.
At the Levin College of Law, Mr. Kelsky was a member of the Florida Law Review and received the Book Award in Real Estate Litigation.
He is admitted to practice throughout the State of Florida and is also federally admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
