Appeal Victory

Brad E. Kelsky, Esq., is pleased to announce the successful appeal in the case of Surgical Partners, LLC, v. Michael Choi, D.O. On November 21, 2012, the Fourth District Court of Appeal, in a written opinion, reversed a trial court’s entry of an attorney fee award in favor of the defendant.  Mr. Kelsky successfully argued that the defendant had no right to recover attorney’s fees.  The link to the written opinion is here:  http://www.4dca.org/opinions/Nov%202012/11-21-12/4D11-3902.op.pdf.
